TESTIMONIALS
“I would like to thank Al, Caleb and the entire Upfit team for all their support. After an injury to my spine, I was left paralyzed from the waist down and was told I would never stand or walk again. It was hard to hear but I decided they were wrong [...] Unbelievable experience. They went above and beyond to help my recovery both physically and mentaly. They worked me with empathy and compassion, but allowed no excuses. Although I still have work to do, I know I would not be where I am with regards to my recovery without them”
“After 3 month training [with Ricky], I felt a definite change, especially in my mentality, I felt more confident. In the past, I suffered from neck, shoulder and nape pains and didn’t have confidence in simply walking for 1 or 2 km. After training for a while, now I can walk 4 or 5 km in the morning and am more disciplined, and experiencing positive changes in my mentality and physical health [...] When we get older, each of us suits different types of training and I think it’s all good as long as we exercise. It’s important for us to find the suitable approach and try modern methods that might not be available twenty, thirty years ago that can help us to be healthier and stronger. And maybe like me, you can relive the experience of your younger self.
