As Director of the Training department, Caleb oversees the company’s Coach team as well as defines and evolves the team’s methodology, literally writing the book on fitness for Upfit. 

With 9 years of experience as a coach and 5 years of experience at director level, he understands not just the science of training and nutrition, but also how to work a wellness routine into a busy professional life in a way that helps you break through your personal barriers, but also relieve stress and get the most out of your life. 

His skillset includes cross training for endurance athletes, functional fitness development for youth, body transformation, and injury rehabilitation and prevention programs collaborating with a close network of physiotherapists, orthopedic doctors and chiropractors. He also pioneered Upfit’s Performance Lab, performing VO2 Max tests, Lactic Acid Threshold tests, Run Gait Analyses and Dynamic Postural Assessments. 

He has trained several Iron Men and Ultra Marathoners, young aspiring athletes, as well as countless beginners looking to build their bodies from the ground up.
