He helps the Clients reach their goals and build a wellness lifestyle.
He has a broad skill set encompassing corrective exercises, strength and conditioning, and human performance. He is passionate about knowledge and dedicates his time to research and development so that he can stay abreast of the fitness industry trends and at the top of the game.
He weighed 110kg when he was a student. Fitness helped him overcome his personal issues and shed the weight. He began to fall in love with fitness and started his journey by opening his mind.
